1xx offers several responsible gaming tools on the platform. Using them is entirely voluntary, but we always encourage you to set limits that work for you.
Keep in mind: If gaming no longer feels fun, or you feel pressure to keep winning — that's a warning sign. Taking a break is the smartest move at that point.

Betting beyond your budget out of fear of losing or hope of winning.
Chasing losses by placing increasingly larger bets to recover what you've lost.
Spending significantly more time gaming than you originally planned.
Strained relationships with family or friends due to gaming.
Losing focus at work or studies due to gaming.
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when unable to game.

Once logged in to 1xx, you can set your own limits directly from Account Settings. Follow the steps below:
Log in to your 1xx account and click on the profile icon.
Look for the "Responsible Gaming" option in your Account Settings.
Choose what you need — a deposit limit, bet limit, or session time limit.
Enter your daily/weekly/monthly amount and confirm.
Limits take effect immediately. Lowering a limit is instant; increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Please note: Increasing your deposit limit comes with a 24-hour cooling-off period — this is intentional, so you don't raise your limit in the heat of the moment.
Self-exclusion is a feature that lets you voluntarily block yourself from the platform for a set period of time. It's one of the most powerful tools for responsible gaming.
To self-exclude, apply through Account Settings or email us at support@1xx.life.
Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the set period has ended.
Registering or playing on 1xx is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. We make absolutely no exceptions.
